[quote author=dedons]I'm surprised to observe that the former minister of the FCT and a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress(APC),Mallam Nasir El Rufai is yet to make a comment on the victory which the Nigerian army has so far recorded in the north eastern part of the country in recent time.

He has been at the fore-front of always condemning the Nigerian army on the fight against the Boko-haram terrorists.

Is it that he is not aware of the latest happenings in the north-east?

Is he still preparing what to tweet this time?

Or did he just intentionally decide to be quiet?

Please I need your opinions. him da cry na becus we no who be d real BH and der supporters very soon him go hang like BH hahahaha

Is not only El-Rufai ooo!! even APC is equally silent over these news; together with their agent of darkness BBC AND CNN,who always celebrate when the Boko boys are gaining ground but would rather kill the story when our soldiers are wining the battle. So these four entities are agent of bad news and not happy over the success of the Nigerian Military recorded so far. shame on them.

If you expect El Rufai or APC to make any comment about the recent military victory over Boko Haram, then it means you do not clearly understand politics. Politics is a dirty game from A to Z.

Please note that any victory or credit of any kind at this point goes directly to the current administration (Jonathan), therefore it becomes foolish for an opposition party to give any kudos to the current accomplishment of the Nigerian military.....simply because it contradicts what they (opposition party) are trying to accomplish.
The opposition party main goal is to continue to make current government look incompetent and confused... so do not expect any Boko Haram victory dance coming from El Rufai or any APC party members; they are not happy, they can not be happy. This is how it is all over the world....For example, when Osama was captured and killed by Obama's administration, many republican party members in United States of America immediately became sick for weeks. That's just the way it is and the name of the game.

When current government is getting job done, the smart thing for an opposition party to do is to remain quiet and calm, and wait for opportunities to strike.
Never forget that politics is not a family affair; the number one duty of an opposition party is to oppose or denounce any idea (good or bad) of the current government.
So, you may end up waiting forever if you expect El Rufai or APC members to give any Kudos at this point in time.
