I don't know about old members but the new staffs have been derived the numerous allowances Fowler used to pay when he was there. My honourable that I met through a family member told me yesterday after listening to my story that I'm free to come and collect recommendation letter anytime i want. what's the persons qualification SSCE,ND,HND,DEGREE, MSC,PHD, PRO.CERT.
All these matters, PRO.CERT. and that experience can get him level 12. Better connect can put him in his right or higher position. CHEERS
