Sauron Carrick is a silent killer But we must agree he is not up to what he was last season Maybe the injury is a case in point or would i say partnership I believe Fltcher is better with him than Anderson Somehow Anderson has lost some steam this season. Scholes could feature in tonight's game. Maybe just a cameo Its the little boys game so i don't expect much from him Hargo's injury should be transfered to Gary if its possible maybe Giggs should help in carrying it so its shared What i am thoroughly against is the continuos denial of Tevez his sub appearance We can't afford to loose him. Take a look at Everton, they have no striker and will receive any donation be it Bendtner with so much thanks We don't want that kinda situation. Agreed that sometimes he puffs aimlessly and disturbs the flow But i think he should see more playing time be it as a sub or whatever Whats ya take on the evening game? We should have an easy win but anything can happen Criz It won't be good to lock the thread because of two people I disagree. . . . .Do ya darl a fav. nah!!! |

Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by Sauron1: 5:51pm On Dec 03, 2008 |
Emperoh: Carrick is the BEST in the country. . . . . .Just watch the way he positions himself and quickly make himself available to receive passes. I believe that's his biggest strength. . . . U would rarely see him making nonsense tackles but he protects his defence effectively. Fletcher has also improved but he is not composed in the final third. . . . He cannot shoot straight.
Anderson has played well this season but his most effective partner in the midfield is Hargo. U need to see the way they sync together and drain life o'utta opposition's midfield. Anderson wasn't even supposed to be a defensive midfielder. . . . .Scholes should be held accountable for the schitzo.
I can pay any thug to whack Giggsy n Gazza. . . . . 2 baseball bats each on their kneecaps that would keep em out till 2012.
Tevez hasn't helped himself this season. . . . . . When Berba was injured, he shoulda made that position his but he fumbled greatly. Remember the day Rooney got benched?? He came into the game to score a fantastic goal against Bolton. That is the secret of HOW NOT TO GET BENCHED. . . . . .Has Tevez scored from the bench?? Nope!!! @ Cristorator, Relax. . . . . . .This thread is sacred until some undesirable elements decided to spew their nonsense guts on it. I don't look for people's trouble. . . . . Anyways, the WAR is over now. . . . . . When are we poppin cristalz to celebrate your new appointed post or was it an election?? |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by Cristalz(f): 5:54pm On Dec 03, 2008 |

Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by ndumart: 6:17pm On Dec 03, 2008 |
Criz Accept my congrats. Good to know a trusted ally is up there. With regards to d match against blackburn, i hope the guys rise to the occasion. SAF is banned for this match so he would be watching from the stands. Really, there shouldnt be much of a problem in dispatching blackburn but my worry is that i have this feeling that SAF may pair Gary and Evans at the centre of the defence just like he did against QPR. Gary is a disaster waiting to happen. I hope d gaffer listens to the voice of wisdom and pair Vidic and Evans as Rio isnt in the team for tonite. We cant afford to let this title (however, inconsequential it may be) slip by as those that could pose serious threats are already out of the running. This should be a good trophy to start the new year with. |

@Mancs, Great to have CR win yet another individual award .He thoroughly deserved it. For those who insisted he didn't in their hearts they could not point to any one who would have given him a run based on OVERALL performances last term. That showed in the voting pattern. Clear winner. I hope this makes him an even better player in terms not only of skills, but temperament and maturity. He is better than many but can improve as he is now than ever an ambassador of the game and will be judged on MORE stringent parameters than others. SAF seems to be making some funny selection mistakes. So far they have not been calamitous but I think the 1st team coach really MUST wake up . Not fully convinced of the quality we have their but maybe that's my view. Sauron, I agree that Tevez NEEDS to grab each opportunity with both hands(and feet). However, Baba needs to give him some MORE playing time(like he did with Saha when he closed the door on RVN). Tevez is not the quality to stay unhappy for too long. Suitors will come . Baba needs to manage this moment and succeed like he did when we had much less quality upfront @Cristerator, Congrats. I will release a new flick for you soon. The theme is " Set a thief. , , " WAN UNITED |
