Dams: blessings or curses??
The oyan dam have been indiscrimately opened again. Subsequently communities along the path of the river are flooded as usual even locations at kilometers away are affected. The dam was disigned to be opened gradually over a period of time but alas! those in charge always wait until when the dam can bearly hold any more water again. Then the dam is opened all at once.

If you pass through the bridge at kara just after berger and along the long bridge on Lagos-Ibadan expressway, you will see the impact of the flood.

Is this an act of greed or incompetence We need to hold our leaders accountable.

I captured some video as i was driving along the long bridge on Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
