I think its nice to have your partner next to you every night. However, if you dont feel like sharing a bed with him/her on that rare occasion I dont think it should be a crime. So let the person be sometimes you know.

Definitely no!

Except for a brief religious need

I think keeping your stuff in separate room is ok if you can afford it like 2 dressing rooms attached to your matrimonial room
