Well, I Drink As i eat my food, Not before or after but during the intake.

Its not medically right to drink while eating, I learnt u should drink water like 3 mins after meal to aid digestion
Some peeps might take a wrap of eba and the next fing is they r taking glasses of water to go with it
The nutrients of the meal is lost b4 completion

but i've learned to like water though. thing is if u go cold turkey and start drinking water all the time, juice will start tasting too sweet. for example, now that i drink juice, i always dilute it because it's too sweet.
