You didn't specify in the first place. Well, in a group of private schools, there are the adequately funded ones, and the average and poor private schools.
Some of the poor private schools are a little better than the government schools. Don't know where you belong, but all I'm saying is the age of consent might be 16, but many babes have been free-styling way before sweet 16.
