I think is best you confess. the devil might use this to kill your brother, especially if he believes in the traditional law. face the consequence of confessing instead of loosing your brother. I don't know how effective your traditional law is,but I heard Enugu people has crazy laws as regarding adultery, especially the nsukkas.
