Lets Venture Into Powerbanks Business by Fran6ik: 10:45am On Nov 14, 2014 |
First of all before any post, I pull cap for my Oga dem @Ymodulus, Suverycash, Mayorall, Shinaf... they av done well to my life! note: Am nt a Grammarian bt a Warri boy so pls lets nt be correctin English instead of the business gist itself. INTRODUCTION I am Fhrancis by name. Since my first introduction into importation i have been into Powerbanks and have tried my best to make the biz workout for me. By Gods grace, i can nw teach some of us dat will intrested in it hw trade on this product especially Students in the higher institutions nd Graduates. Make we thank oga GEJ say naija no get 24hrs light else dis biz for nor dey line. If you ask me, i will say this biz is the best so far in the importation line cos its wat our people really needs and it doesnt go out of season and it pays more than 100% profit. POWERBANKS Powerbanks itself are on the high demand side now in the country as YMODULUS will put it, you have to discover the peoples problem and solve it nd make your money. Though most people dont actually know what to do about this their frequent low battery situation due to the epileptic power supply, some knows there is a stuff called Powerbank but can access it due to the heavy price tags put on it by our brothers the shop owners, here you can introduce the package to them aswell as bring it closer to the people at cheaper rate. Thereby solvin the peoples problem. Powerbanks are of different capacities in mAh (2600, 5200, 5600...) and made of different types of battries mainly POLYMER and LITHIUM. Hope u are dey get d gist? the boss dem hope una dey my back ooo! |

CHOOSING POWERBANKS To choose ur powerbank style for sale,First you consider what your customers needs, are they average people that cant pay more? or just hustlers like you? The best selling capacities are 12000, 5600 nd 20000 mah's, When buying a powerbank from your seller, the Capacity written on it is always a Virtual Capacity and the Actual emittable capacity is different depending on the quality of the battery and their number. This actual capacity can be altered by the seller to reduce its cost. As someone venturing into the business, you dont have to price on the capacity written on it but the Actual capacity. Powerbanks with torch doesnt last lng because of the voltages consumed by the torch but this sells better. Powerbanks with power switch is better of because the circuit opens when not in use, but the others can have some powerloss since it cant be opencircuited. When buying a Powerbank, try to choose a lighter style cos d weight is d determinant of your shipoing fee. Do not but exaggareted capacity powerbanks because dey will end up been filled with SAND. Packaging matters alot in dis biz, make sure ur seller gives you a nice package and it comes with a Power cable. nxt sourcing for ur powerbank nd suggested links |

SOURCING FOR POWERBANK To source for your powerbanks, FOR IMPORTERS It will be better off if you search for it online using ur fav chinese market. But from my own view, to get your powerbanks at cheaper rate, i will recommend you To use alibaba, 1688 or Join the Alibaba Joint Importers thread. It is far cheaper when using any of these and you can see variety of goods and oem services unlike in aliexpress and dhgate. Have it in mind also that most shippers charge more for battery goods (3rd party i mean), you have to buy as cheap as possible to make good profit. So what waitin for? Lets go for the ultimate search! I have links of some cheap sellers that i can recommend for beginers, just P M me for them. NON IMPORTERS Since you are still afraid of joining the wining thread of mini importation or its for one reason or the other, i will aswell say you can still make it big also in this biz by buying from importers here (Those that sell at cheaper rates). Someof us sell at prices almost equal to what you can get from aliexpress and dhgate, Such sellers include Mayorall, Myself, Eph12, and lot more. Alternatively, you can make a deal with some of our top importers here to source and buy for u while you give them commission for the job. I was once in this category. Remember you have to know all the details of the powerbank before buying. nxt 'how to make large sales on Powerbanks' |

HOW TO MAKE HUGE SALES When i started this biz newly, I was like this tin no be watin dem go chop or wear, how i go take sell am? after much research online, i decieded to start selling online using Olx, Kaymu... but due to the fact that i am a student, i was not always opportuned to deliver to all my clients in their various Locations around the Country. So i started sales in a new dimension. Selling to friends is a very good startup method because ur product will be advertised by them while using it. Selling at Hold-up'S: This is one of the easiest way of selling the product, Just like my fav warri rapper will say, E DEY SELL LIKE GALA and LACASERA for hold-up. In this case all you have to do is to employ some boys (Those that needs money nd nt shy) to do that for u while you pay them at the end of each day. I have Four boy doing this for me and they give me max sale daily I pay dem 8% of their total sales. Selling at parties: we all knows in parties, people from different coners come around you can put up a stand and display your goods while u employ someone to be showing them our it works in their seats. Selling inside BRT buses, Macapolo, and even for Plane.;.; lol Selling to shop owners aswell can do u good. I do this as well You can employ people to be hawking it maturedly for you around town just like those soap and simcard sellers do. these above methods is very suitable for Non students. The use of Posters, Flyer... around campus and sending bulk sms to students of your school can boost sales in campus. In this method, Of u dont stay in an accesssible location, u can talk with the business store owners in strategic locations to be handling sales for you while all adverts directs them there. This method is the best for students of schools with many off campus students. going from school to school and setting up ur biz is also good. using online stores, nairaland adverts e.t.c is also good. From the above, you can now see that Powerbanks selling is not hard and fast in making it big as the demand is high. Any comment or contribution on the above? 1 Like |

Fran6ik:@ Frank, You know the REAL SECRET of MARKETING. Marketing needs a spirit of Desperation (that for those, who want to succeed in any form of marketing approach). There is nothing You can't really sale without getting robust revenue, if you are a desperate marketer (Am not encouraging Negative Desperation but Positive). 1 Like |
