A school I am applying to in the US has asked for my unofficial transcript. Do I send my bachelor's degree and masters degree grades as one transcript or should them differently?

I emailed a professor in a reputable university in the US about my intentions to pursue a PhD under his supervision. I am of chemical engineering background. This was his reply:
