I have tendered over 500 application letters to different companies since I left school in 2016 and haven't gotten a single invite for an interview till today. Lol My biggest fear is to be stagnant in life and so I took a bold step in 2018 to enrol in a Masters program. It was a bumpy ride but I thank God for his grace, it's been a horrid ride but he never allowed the scars show. Please celebrate with me today as I bag a Masters degree in chemical engineering.

BBL3691: With time you will definitely get over her unless you willingly commit suicide. These following points can help you get over her. 1. Morning exercise. Do exercise every morning and the result will surprise you. You will be lifted from worry, anxiety, boredom and unnecessary depression. 2. Try as much as possible to think about her negative lifestyles. Never focus your mind on her positive attitude. Consider the money and time you spent on her as unplanned sacrifice. That way she appears totally replaceable. 3. Socialise. Mingle with new friends, watch game (football), soccer hall can be your second home for the maintime but I don't encourage you to bet ooo except at your discretion. 4. You can survive the world without her. In fact you can survive the world without majority of the so called irreplaceable ones around you. So give yourself time and don't rush to have new girlfriend yet but just be friendly with people that way your social life will improve. 5. Dress handsomely. Good appearance Cannot be over emphasised. Ladies and people generally can't resist good looking guys except your character 6. Hope you have source of income. That way you are independent. Then be sure your heartbreak is just for a moment number 2 is helping me ooo....the hate is neutralizing all the love i had for her |

I found this last night when I returned home. This is one of the big ones, it wasn't sick. I came back to find it dead with its wing bone jutting out of its flesh and a greenish-blue pigmentation close to its anus

chukskafor: Bloody diarrhoea signifies intestinal coccidiosis but from your above description, there is no sign of newcastle disease involved. Newcastle is significant with wing drooping, coughing and difficulty in breathing as well as running temperature, wing flapping and difficulty in walking with occasional paralysis, and twisting of neck in a most severe case called (òjugò in Igbo language and ugbhohor in Edo language)I Modified: you did not include the history of your birds in your complaint bro, what was your vaccination schedule like (by history i meant the age of the birds, vaccination given so far and your biosecurity provision) I vaccinated with lasota on 7th day and gumboro on the 14th day. Because they kept falling ill, I suspended vaccination. I've been treating them with prococ and the bloody poo have reduced significantly. But they keep losing weight as their appetite and thirst for food and water has been very poor. Now some of them are passing watery white poo About biosecurity; I dissinfected the pen before bringing the new birds. Although I just realized that the galvanized feeder wasn't washed. I don't let people into the pen. I have a pair of footwear I use exclusively inside the pen. Honestly, there's a chance that rodents could be enterring the pen. |

chukskafor: As for the coccidiosis, use amprolium but for the new castle, you can only prevent, it can't be treated. BTW, how did you get to know that they have cccidiosis and new castle, was it through diagnosis or from physical appearance, what are the exhibiting signs you saw that made you to conclude ? Try uploading a pix or two there are either bloody or greenish watery poo all over the pen. |

Agriculture › Re: My Journey Into Poultry Business by 1b8m(op): 8:41am On Nov 20, 2020 |
Ginaz: I haven't noticed. I don't think so. What does it mean? get either DCO mix, pentacox or centre cipro antibiotics. Treat them with either of this for 5 days. They'll be fine. Hiding their heads in their wings means that could be infected with cholera |
Agriculture › Re: My Journey Into Poultry Business by 1b8m(op): 8:39pm On Nov 19, 2020 |
Ginaz: They don't look weak, they eat well. Though some sleep while eating but apart from that they eat well. Whenever they see me coming with their food, they chase after me.
Its just this watery stool that is giving me concern.
They are 3months old one last question. Do they hide their head under their feathers while sleeping? |

murshid09: Big boss I can see the first birds u rested developed faster than the second one At least u got 1.3kg at 3rd week. And 3kg at 37days.
But this one highest was 1.1kg at fourth week
Could u plz tell us what went wrong
And secondly u said u spent 15k on drugs, charcoal and miscellaneous But to me u spent average of 10k on drug
Could u plz tell us d names of d drugs and how u administer them Cos to me I used gumboro, lasota and multivitamin, blood tonic I also used glucose the first three days they bring them Thank u for ur usual honest reply And lastly when u lay ur hands on good formular I couldn't achieve the feat I achieved in the first birds because I didn't pay much attention to them because of my tight work schedule. Hence there were cases of disease outbreak which hampered there growth. The 15k is not only for drugs. It includes cost of woodshaving, transportation etc. The drugs I used was amintotal, centre cipro, amprolium, tylodox and the vaccines |

brain54: couldn't get agrited...so got vertex...they also do well..though initially at 4weeks I was worried about their growth... but they are doing well. I have 200...plan to sell the smaller ones 5k...the bigger ones 5.5k and biggest 6k....don't know their weight though...always skips my mind to get a scale and other times I procrastinate. you should weigh, that's the best way to know if you're making progress. 200? That's amazing |

I live in portharcourt brain54: were is your location? would try getting agrited birds again after selling off my present birds by December... they are 6 weeks...wana clean the pen today or tomorrow I might post pic after. ok that would be nice. What bird are you raising now and how many are they? |
Agriculture › Re: My Journey Into Poultry Business by 1b8m(op): 9:28am On Nov 08, 2020 |
Thanks bro... brain54: looking good at 4weeks...how do you intend selling at exams and what's your projected price? seems agrited do very well. never reared them before though..each time I try getting them they are scarce... I will take them to the market and busy places. I intend to start selling at the first week of December and with atleast 4 selling outlets I'm of certain selling them off before newyear. The predominant price here at Christmas is 4k but with the leap in price of feed, I guess I'll sell for 4.5k....agrited gains weight rapidly due to their good food conversion ratio (fcr) |

So about a month ago, I ordered for 150 agrited birds. When they came in I was crazy angry because of their disheartening small size and frail look. I went to work anyways putting them in a warm conducive place and feeding them adlibitum.
The pictures you are about to see is 4wks later. Average weight of 1.05kg and 4% mortality.
Thank God I didn't raise the 400 birds I wanted to initially. The cost of feed is outrageous at 5k/bag
