I just got a Payoneer card and i can't make Payments with until i receive "additional payments", i majorly make withdrawals into it through Fiverr, so if business doesn't move, i might not be receiving this "additional payment" anytime soon. do you have any idea what the threshold is before i can begin to conveniently send funds to other payoneer users, and is there a workaround to loading funds on a new payoneer card? i head there are restrictions on buying /loading funds into a payoneer account that hasn't received much payments too.

The mail will be sent to your payoneer email not Fiverr email, if they are not the same email.

NO Brother, the option to chose the instant transfer or 48 hrs transfer was right when you were linking your payoneer account to your fiverr oh- it ain't gonna be through any mail.
You obviously skipped that page and by default, it has been set to the 48hours delivery time.

I can remember selecting 48hrs or maybe it's just false memory and i nonchalantly skipped it instead because i was under some influence. Thanks Bro.

Have you set your loading mode to instant? If you see it to instant, it will reflect within 2 hours (fasted after first withdrawal) and attract $3 charges. I think the second mode is 2 business days and $1 charge...

I was told i would be able to set the payment mode through the mail i receive? but i haven't gotten any mail, or is there a workaround to ascertaining and setting the payment delivery rate?

Okay, So here's the deal. I recently got my payoneer card and got it merged with Fiverr successfully. I was told I'd wait to accumulate 200$ before i can start to make payments with it, which I acknowledged and have been working towards. But in the bid to have it activated fully with the 5$ first transaction billing, i attempted a withdrawal of 9.6$ ,and was told i would receive an email, I haven't received any email since then, almost 24hrs now. And In my Revenues list, it shows the withdrawal as completed. 9.6$ might not be a big deal, but then, what if the subsequent transactions are messed up same way?
