But my strong advice would be to get only manual transmission cars!!! For that price.
Automatic trnasmission cars at that price or so will give issues that will frustrate you and be slightly expeNsive from time to time.
Find a driving school that would teach both of them manual transmission. It will save you fuel, maintainance and repairs.

Please my people, my people. this is my first time of ever creating a thread & so this shows how important this is to me.. i have alwayz dreamt of buying my parents a car(they 've never had any) & this DEC. wld b a perfect time to gift them one as a wedding anniversary present, but unfortunately I've got only 300k home & abroad... in fact something happened sometime in September to make me want to buy a car for them more than ever. I travelled home to join them to attend a cousin's traditional marriage in another town, I asked them how they intend to go there, they told me an uncle of mine said he wil b attending as well, so they wld b joining him in his car.. on the said, I, my parents & I another cousin got to my uncle's place, d mother said that d car can't take everyone. I looked at d car, it was a jeep(didn't bother knowing d name) & it was 8 seaters that cld actually take extra one person or even 2.. we were not even up to 8, we were 7, but she insisted that my other cousin shld go back(she bn d youngest)..when my mum tried to plead, my dear she was given d insult of her life & asked to go get her own car, so she can carry anyone she wants to carry..tears welled up in my eyes & I vowed again to get them a car this year(meanwhile, that wasn't the first time they were insulted,but don't wanna go into all that).

now this money is all I hv got & the year is fast running out, & I still want to make this dream come through, so please, if there is any one that has a good car to sell or knows anyone that wants to sell for that amount, please let me know... Or anyone that wants to gift my parents a car for their anniversary, my dear, it's will be appreciated.. Lol.

I have an inlaw, a petroleum engr who works with shell, he's married to my cousin who is a medical doc. They have two daughters. Both girls of abt 17 and 19 are studying engineering and medicine in various varsities in nigeria. There's hardly any part of the globe these chaps have not been to! They fly two four!! Even if the journey is between two adjoining states, as far as the places have landing space for aircrafts. Their mom particularly, a resident un health staff in nigeria, is a workaholic who trots the globe with uncommon ease for work and for fun. The only problem I have is that the girls drink garri so much. They can trade anything for halve a cup of garri. Wtf!!!

I honestly don't believe in dating and courtship.

Most of our parents met and got married almost immediately yet grew old together but many in this generation court for years yet rate of divorce is skyrocketing.

Don't be deceived,a man usually knows if there is a possibility of marrying you the very first day he sets his eyes on you and for any decent lady to say yes to your advances then she really wont mind to be yours for keeps so why fool each other by committing unnecessary sexual sins and hiding under the umbrella of courtship?

OK lets take a look at this,

A man sees you and comes for your hand in relationship and then you also see him and decides to be with him then you start dating. You start going out together and of-course spending time together and during this period,there is a very great possibility of both of you having sexual intimacy.

Probably after he realizes that your bosoms are not too good as he wanted or your performance in sex is below what he wants then he tells you it can't work out because his mum does not want him to marry from your tribe or the lady finds out how boring he is in bed and decides to walk away with another man and blame it on how temperamental you are.

Many people have argued that dating period is a time to understand who the person is but this is very funny because a bad person can turn good and a good person can turn terrible and most times even if the person seems bad many will still go on and marry him/her with the hope of changing the individual.

I believe a period of courtship should be within the day you first saw him/her and the day you marry each other which by all standard should not exceed a year except you two are just interested in sex which seems unavoidable for many people in courtship.

If you are not ready to marry a lady,don't make advances towards her just to waste her years sampling her and if you are a lady,stop fooling yourself thinking you are dating him whereas you are just giving him your body to be used and probably dumped.

Lets face it,a year courtship should be enough.

A thousand years of courtship is no guarantee of happy marriage. Learning to love whoever you choose to marry and making up your mind to be with him or her against all odds is the key to a lasting union.

I know that all the sermons in the world will not bring sanity to the facade of dating and courtship and this is why many marriages will continue to crumble because the past guys you have allowed to sample your body might rare their ugly heads and destroy the happiness between you and your hubby

The first time i drove a car was a day my father died...... I was actually in my room around 9:30 pm on june 3, when my phone rang, that i should come to my dad's room, on getting there, behold had a hearth attack. he was praying and calling God,...... my heart nearly came out of my mouth, i became confused, joined in the prayers, ..... My mum rushed out to look for someone to help us take him to the hospital, by the time she came back, my dad has stopped praying and was gasping for breath....... I couldnt just stay there and watch this great man of God die, i collected the car key, started the car, before i could say jack robertson, i hit the car on the tree........ an also rammed on the gate, people were shouting that i should wait , on the third atempt i came out successfully.... what i drove on the road that night i knew it was only God who helped me..... But after said and done he was pronouced dead on arrival........... Sha i have been driving since then, by his grace

oh dear!...datz really a sad one....may Good God continue to comfort ur family...i want believe he is in a better place.....it is well

Well it wasn't me dat it happend 2,but i was in d car too(my co learner)..... It was a frnds driving skool,he offered 2 help me learn,so on dat faithful day,i was bhind d wheels taking instructions 4rm my frnd....but there was dis busybody at d back seat(cos if its nt ur turn 2 drive,u will seat at d bck seat(co learners))d busybody kept on shouting nd also instructing me.lyk he is nw an expert.telling me wat 2 do nd wat nt 2 do.i bcame angry nd came down 4 him 2 drive(even d instructor was angry). So we asked hm 2 drive...he was all excited nd jumped in nd even refused listening 2 d instructor,b4 we knew it,he zoomed off.at 1st he was doing fine,then he increased his speed nd d problem started. We got 2 a bend,he didnt slow down,at 1st i was comfortable tinking he knws wat he was doing,nt until i looked at his face nd saw him sweating nd panting,i tapped d instructor nd held his shoulder...meanwhile d "SABI GUY" was still on full speed nd there was a thick bush in front of us.i nd d instructor sensing dat we were heading 2wards d bush,started shouting"march break,march break". D guy removed his hands 4rm d steering nd bent his head down looking 4 d breaks shouting"wey am wey am wey am". (4 my mind i say"i die well,na who send me ehhhhhh"instructor dey shout "jesus ehhhhhhh"...we just entered d bush wit full speed nd kept on hitting nd falling plants untill we were stopped by a thick plantain plantation....d instructor nd d busybody were slightly injured....when we came down,d instructor gave d guy a very big slap nd heavy kick..but i couldn't do any tin(cos i was shaking all over,nd praising God silently). Mehn 4 two weeks i no near motor,it was d instructor nd my mum dat persuaded me 2 go bck nd continue(4giv my english pls)
