Does Obi even need 25% in Borno to be president? Look, who you don't know is the fact that even Atiku can't get 25% in Borno. Borno is a renowned APC state. Go to Maiduguri, check the LGAs you will hardly see a poster of Atiku. All Peter Obi need is an handful of vote from Borno not 25%.

To win the election one needs win 25% vote from 24 states and get the highest total vote. This is POssible with Obi candidacy.
