The best thing is that the policy is based on emperical evidence. A study done in Ile Ife some years ago proved that students taught in Yoruba performed better than those taught in English language. Another thing is that this policy has helped nations like India greatly.

APC governors are autocratic. The same thing Umahi is trying to do in Ebonyi. As he's ensuring no other political party's poster is placed anywhere in Ebonyi. He made a rule that allows only APC posters and campaigns happens in Ebonyi. Shame on Borno and Ebonyi State Governors and indeed APC. Are we still in democracy in this country?
