Market square and kilinanjaro both decided to open shop in my area recently. During this Christmas season I found out that camera men where standing outside and people were rushing em to take cool pictures. And since it is my dream to have a photo studio to start with, a studio is the first thing on my mind.

There's a new plaza opposite them and the price for a year's rent is 240k and since it's quite spacious, I plan on using a part as a graphic design workspace. A Nikon camera is about 130k, lightings, wallpapers and some other necessities I'll say is 150k. I'll be doing all the designs and editing myself in the beginning to reduce the cost for start-up and the list goes on and on.
