Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Are Chinese Companies In Nigeria Maltreating Nigerians? by 1miccza: 9:07am On Aug 10, 2014
onoerime: It is no more a news that the Chinese companies in Nigeria are indirectly enslaving nigerians but I am wondering why the federal government of Nigeria has kept mute to this barbaric acts of these people. I shall carefully pin points some of their misdeeds maybe the appropriates bodies could read and come to the aids of nigerians.
SALARY SCALES... I want to use China civil engineering construction cooperation (Ccecc ) as an example.
Labours- between.#15000 and #21000
workmen_ between #27000 and #31000
STAFF- between #45000 and #50000

WORKING PERIODS- 7.30am-6.00PM @30 days that means no rest days.
PENALTIES... penalties for offense committed could range between #5000-#20000 and could be deducted once from your salary.
JOB SECURITY- insecured.
Apart from salaries paid, no extensive employee packages. No health insurance, no paid time off from work, no retirement plans for workers, workers are fired at will, what pains me most is a Chinese man beating up a Nigerian because of a slight offense. Sometimes a whole salary could be seized just because of an offense. Why, why, why, these Chinese men are highly respected in Nigeria yet nigerians are enslaved home and abroad. The labour unions will come and do investigations but nothing happens thereafter. LAMATA pretends as if they hear or know nothing hmmmm. Can nigerians go to other countries and allowed to act this way?
I blame our various state governments and the federal governments for allowing these fools to ride roughshod on the masses instead of making life miserable for them......
Politics › Re: I Will Support The Abolishing Of Age Limit For Presidential Aspirant: Jonathan by 1miccza: 9:02am On Aug 10, 2014
PerfectFortune: And what difference will it make?

The so called Nigerian youth that cldt seperate good governance from good looting (stomach infrastucture), the ones that cldt make constructive/objective argument without being biased along ethnic and religious lines (extreme bigotry), the ones that allow themselves to used as tools of destruction, hate and division by the professional treasury looters, the ones that kill a petty thief for stealing a #50.00 note but praise "the political class" for stealing their future and robbing it in their face or the ones whose right have been denied for a very long time (lack of quality education and impoverished economy) thereby making them to accept anomalies as norms?

The Nigerian youths are rescilient, hard-working, innovative, resourceful and skillful but they are not prepared to take up the challenge.
In as much as the facts you stated are completely correct and crystal clear,I have to say first that there are youths that would step in there and perform so well..We shouldn't condemn the youths outrightly but give the very good ones a chance to prove themselves and I believe that was what the president had in mind when he brought that idea forward, remember that he has seen and worked with all shades of people....
Politics › Re: Lai Mohammed: Jonathan Behind My Arrest By Military by 1miccza: 8:53am On Aug 10, 2014
I never expected any other response from him than this, he is living true to his name "Lie Mohammed" and doing a good job of trying to paint an evil image of the present government which is his main job in his party....
Politics › Re: Aregbesola Wins In Osun Elections With Wide Margin by 1miccza: 8:49am On Aug 10, 2014
utumunta: Young man, where are you coming from? Oyinlola that lost in his polling unit? Did Oyinlola tell you that he wanted to go for Governorship?

Aregbesola won because he deserves it and we expected it, just as it happened in Ekiti. If INEC run that election for another 100 years; Aregbe shall continue to win. Nigerians should thank God that votes are now counting. The Transformation is finally here! Let the APC learn how to be humble in victory and proud in defeat. All their tactics of heating up the policy should be stopped to preserve our fragile unity.

Nigeria adibago nma.

sandijey: Don't mind the idiots. I didn't realise how yorubas are vindictive until ekiti state elections. See the unprintable names they have been calling ekiti people. First it was ondo now it's ekiti. The same reason why osun voted aregbesola back is the same reason why ondo and ekiti voted for Mimiko and fayose. Yorubas do not vote for party. They vote for individuals and that is why fayose won. Any yoruba abusing ekiti or ondo is an omo ale...... period. Didn't aregbesola share rice and fun fun. So what's the fuss?
Honestly if not for the fact that this was a faceless forum,Sandijey I would have given you a kiss and a hug for such a clear and objective reasoning. Lovers of APC and PDP have really destroyed rational thinking and objectivity and this would take us nowhere in the country......

2fine2fast: LIVE on CHANNELS TV

The Retuning officer of the governorship election in Osun State, Prof. Bantale Omole
at 7:29am, 10th August 2014 declared Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola of the APC as the WINNER
of the 9th August 2014 Osun State governorship election. He garnered 394,684 votes
as against his closet rival Iyiola Omisore of the PDP who had 292,747
That's not too wide @OP but it was keenly protested,Omisore was not the best opposition against such an opposition...
