Though I am a guy, I will like to make a little contribution on "what makes U A Woman"
Being a woman is actually in phases.

You first start being a daughter (girl) of your parents.
At this stage you majorly depend on your parents or guardians to make decisions and choices.
From that stage you proceed to being a grown up (a stage I may like to call a lady stage).
At the second stage you start shifting from majorly depending on others to majorly depending on yourself.
The other two major stages is being a wife of your husband and a mother of your children.
I may not be able to elaborate this stages now.

However, the goodnews is that what makes you a woman (at every stage) lies within you.
Proper cultivation of those womanhood and unique attributes that makes you different from we guys, will showcase you to the world to see you and say yes you know what makes you a woman.
Take it again from me "WHAT MAKES YOU A WOMAN LIES WITHIN".
