Nope. That is for removal of a speaker. The constitution states that a house member automatically loses his seat if he defects during d period in which he was elected, when there is no division or merger etc of the party in which he was elected. So on that ground, Tambuwal will lose his seat as a member of the house. If he ceases to be a house member, can he remain the speaker?
