155. This was taken at Vanderbilt University, Memphis where a Dr did early surgery on an infant in the uterus repairing Spina Bifida and the baby kept reaching out and grabbing the surgeons finger. He would pat his little hand then put it back and continue surgery and the baby would reach out again grabbing his finger. 156. Cody Green, a 12-years kid in Indiana was diagnosed with leukemia at 22 months old. He loved the Marines, his parents said he drew strength from the Marine Corps. 2 weeks ago, the Marines wanted to show how much they respected his will to live, his srrength, honor and courage. They named him an honorary member of the US Marine Corps. For one Marine, that wasn’t enough so that night, before Cody passed away, he took it upon himself to stand guard at Cody’s door all night long. 157. Disturbing and horrifying. But it's a call to do something...anything. 158. Last Christmas, from the Arlington National Cemetery. 1 Like 1 Share

159. For almost a mile, policemen came from all over the country to pay tribute to slain NYPD officer Wenjian Liu. Under gray skies and a light rain, New York City offered a final salute to Wenjian Liu, the NYPD officer who was murdered with fellow Officer Rafael Ramos as they sat in their squad car on a Brooklyn street. Liu, 32, was on the force seven years when he was murdered on December 20, just two months after he was married. Msgr. Robert J. Romano, an NYPD chaplain, opened the service with a Buddhist saying "When you are born, you cry, and the world rejoices. When you die, you rejoice, and the world cries." (2015). 1 Share

161. A Tearful-Abandoned 12-Year-Old Girl Challenges Pope In Front Of 30,000 Crowd. What a heart felt and passionate way to end a seven day visit to the Phillippines in Asia Continent as Pope Francis was touched by a question put forward by a 12 year-old girl at the Catholic University where over 30,000 attended Giyzelle Palomer the girl who had been a destitute and was later offered a shelter by a church-run community had been welcoming the Pope to the university, but went down in tears as she boldly asked her emotional question. “Many children get involved in drugs and prostitution. Why does God allow these things to happen to us? The children are not guilty of anything.” The Pope was so deeply amazed and touched, full of emotion that he abardoned his already prepared speech just to attend to the girl in her native spannish dialet. Deeply moved, the Pope said: “She is the only one who has put forward a question for which there is no answer and she was not even able to express it in words but rather in tears.” (2015) Obinoscopy Ishilove 13 Likes 2 Shares

163. George Stinney Jr became the youngest person to be executed in the US in the 20th century when he was sent to the electric chair in 1944 at age 14, but more than 70 years after his death, his conviction has been overturned due to speedy and improper investigation and lack of evidence. Stinney, an African-American youth from South Carolina, was convicted in a two-hour trial of the first degree murder of two pre-teen white girls: 11- year-old Betty June Binnicker, and 8-year-old Mary Emma Thames. However, no physical evidence existed in the case, and the sole evidence against Stinney was the circumstantial fact that the girls had spoken with stinney and his sister shortly before their murder, and the testimony of three police officers that Stinney had confessed that he committed the murder. He was executed by electric chair. Since Stinney's conviction and execution, the question of his guilt, the validity of his confession, and the judicial process leading to his execution have been criticized as "suspicious at best and a miscarriage of justice at worst. When he was executed in 1944, Stinney was so short he had to sit on a phone book so he would fit on theelectric chair and one of the electrodes was too big for his leg. www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/george-stinney-jr-black-14yearold-boy-exonerated-70-years-after-he-was-executed-9932429.html Aime Ruffner receives support from family and friends after testifying at the hearing to reopen the case for her elder brother, third photo. A Greek doctor has photographed an extremely rare and amazing moment during a birth, showing a baby still encased inside the amniotic sac after it has been removed from the mother's body. Until the amniotic sac breaks, the baby will continue to receive oxygen and nutrients from the placenta. This baby was born safe and healthy. March, 2014. 165. Sile12: Execution The execution of George Stinney was carried out at Central Correctional Institution in Columbia on June 16, 1944. At 7:30 p.m., Stinney walked to the execution chamber with a Bible under his arm, which he later used as a booster seat in the electric chair . [7] Standing 5 foot 1 inch (155 cm) tall and weighing just over 90 pounds (40 kg),[6] his size (relative to adult prisoners) presented difficulties in securing him to the frame holding the electrodes. Also, the state's adult-sized face-mask did not fit him; as he was hit with the first 2,400 V surge of electricity, the mask covering his face slipped off, "revealing his wide-open, tearful eyes and saliva coming from his mouth...After two more jolts of electricity, the boy was dead. During the execution, the surges of electricity made Stinney's body shake, and his left hand broke free from the buckle holding him down."[9][10] Stinney was declared dead within four minutes of the initial electrocution. From the time of the murders until Stinney's execution, 81 days had passed.[7] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Stinney |

Redoil: Mankind must put an end to war or war will put an end to mankind, Says John F. Kennedy. WAR is never a good thing either a solution to a problem.... In my own view, WAR is just a continuation of politics by other means and is something absurd, useless, that nothing can justify. Frankly, The Nigeria/Biafra war of 1967-1970 is a complete mass murder by few serial killers who has not yet been brought to book. I was emotionally disturbed when i saw this Biafran photos, both men, women & children been slaughtered like fowl. More than 1 million lives was wasted during this wicked murder by cold-blooded killers & their counterparts abroad. 172. Biafran Children 173.
