It's very easy to criticise without cross checking the Facts, it's even easier to criticise blindly because in a blind state the individual is in a state of darkness and oblivious of what is happening in the surrounding !
Until we understand the past appreciating the future and the present might be difficult!

It was Nicholas Sparks who said
That "You're going to come across people in your life who will say all the right words at all the right times. But in the end, it's always their actions you should judge them by. It's actions, not words, that matter"

I leave you with sights and visuals of the how President Jonathan Met our Rail way system and it's current state as at this morning!

Happy viewing Happy weekend

Moving from a comatose rail system to what we presently have despite the huge expenditure expended in tackling insurgency coupled with the beheading, kidnap and killing of many rail construction workers is commendable!

in a few weeks time the president will also be commissioning sub saharan Africa's First speed rail

Yes we have people who can do better, Certainly Buhari is not one of them. You can not do better when you are promising to stabilize world oil price that is beyond your control. We have seen those who did worse and left the railway in the previous comatose state, we don't want to try another failure, Buhari.

It took the vultures 5 decades to damage Nigeria. For GEJ, it has been 5 years of hardwork , fixing a very badly damaged Nigeria. So far, so good.

Substandard and mediocre. They use billions of dollars in construction but see what they come up with. Ediots!

Now ochejoseph compare those your "death trap" rails

to this one below somewhere in SA

So what was happening to the so much oil money when the railway was completely broken down and dysfunctional?

By the way, what is your definition of PROGRESS? Progress is when you move From a state of dysfuctionality to the point of functionality. That is progress and that is what GEJ is doing in the railway sector.

The enemies of progress can go and die

South African railway has always been working and undergoing improvements since the apartheid but Nigeria railway was left to die by pervious governments. I believe if pervious governments had paid attention to the railway the way other countries were doing by now we will be talking about bullet trains all over our railways. For once let's give kudos to GEJ for his efforts

Shame on you if you call this progress. In reality this is retrogression. These contracts are handled by government cronies, they cut the funds and give you sub standard trains and rails, but you wont see that because your lifestyle is mediocre in its best.

I never said its a child's play, what I ask for is the picture of the north presently...If it has the support of the north like u said, don't u think the presidency wud have fished those involve out.. When the chibok Girls were kidnap, they all accused the state Governor in all conspiracy talk and now he has been cleared....Let's leave the north agenda or born to rule talk, let's just face the question I asked

You people keep comparing the achievements of Buhari in 20 months to that of Gej in 60 months and still counting. If the two years he ruled with Yar'adua is added, that's 84 months.
Whoever is making comparison between the two is likened to comparing the achievements of 20 months old to that of a 60 months old.
For people to even compare them shows Gej's tenure is full of mediocrity

Let's not deviate from the issue the Op raised....He posted a pix of the new railway track and couch which is a great improvement from the last government but the question I asked was for him to post a pix of the north as well. Simple!
