I was angry this afternoon when my girl told me that her cousin who is living with them wanted to rape her last night in jer room. This is not the first that thos act has happened, the other day, she told me that the guy grabed her and kissed her in her mouth after she threathened to stab him with a table-knife.

As am typing this message, am very angry with the guy and want to confeont him but my girl saod i shouldnt. Please helpe what should i do now?

Thank you. Is it not to call her mom and report? Unless sha she is not living with her mom and her guardians dont give a hoot about her wellbeing. If so, I may understand why she is not reporting to the family. Like many women whose nieces will tell how their hubbys are abusing them only for them to turn around and blame the poor child and call them home wreckers and husband snatchers. Some families dont make it easy for members/victims to report mollestations sha. So lets not blame her till we hear the full story.

Arrange a meeting with the cousin, you both should have a talk over the issue, have him see reasons (although he already knows what he's doing is wrong) why what he's doing is wrong and a taboo, remind him that your bae is his blood and that whatever crazy stuff that is pushing him into such act should be buried. Lecture him about inc*st and it repercussions if he's naive about it. Be friendly whilst having the man to man chat with him.

However, if he repeats sh*t again your girlfriend has to involve her parents or another family member, preferably another cousin of theirs or report to the siblings of the dog himself. I don't subscribe to violence or involving the police for now, nonetheless, any option should be deployed to ensure some sense gets to the cousin's head.

Like I said, I agree she should report him but on the other hand, I will like to know how her family is. I know a family in PH that the man rapped the womans neice and the woman did nothing when she found out. she even protected her husband. The girl had to tell a neighbour who attacked the sister. The stupid woman sided with her hubby and they abused and sent the little 12 year old girl out of their house.
That is why I said what I said. Maybe she is living with relatives and they just tolerate her in that house.
