So what are you talking about? All what he mentioned were explicit and we need not to

On Insecurity - I want to ask all those that say we need strong leader like OBJ. What did OBJ do about the ND militancy? Bokoharam are so foolish and cowardly. They open fire on their own communities and villages, they kidnap their own sisters, they steal food and burn down villages for reasons no one can explain or just to discredit the Govt.
