Why are u supporting deceit? Where are the certificates if he claims to have them? The amended electoral act demands that photocopies of the claimed certificates be attached to a specific form.

how is he suppose to show it without the said cert? Wht evidence does he have to show that truly he have. A school cert. Other aspirats showed theirs why should he be an exception? Even in you heart you know its the right thing to do so let him show it and let's put this issue to rest.

A university student gained admission 'somehow' and continued up to 400 level with good grades. Incidentally, the university decided to do another comfirmatory check on all the undergraduates' certificates prior to their passing out. Behold, this student was discovered not to have the pre-requisite entry certificate in the first place.
Nairalanders, what do universities do in such situations? Remember, this student has acquired university education up to 400 level. Answers please.

Interpretation! The law is to show proof that he's been educated up to a level. You cannot build something on nothing. Even d law will not allow ds person dt gained admission 'somehow' till 400level to use it as a cloak for fraud or benefit from his fraudulent act. It is so serious dat even if he fully graduated n acquired a degree certificate, upon discovery of fraud at admission level, the school can and will withdraw that certificate.
The bottom line is if he asserts that he has been educated to O'levels, he is statutorily required to show proof. And that is by his certificate.
Proof of purchase is a receipt so also is the proof of education at any level a certificate
