I have my temporary voters card, but when I tried to check my status online I got message 'unable to find any voter with this name & Vin in Lagos' I got same sms from INEC-EVSP. please how can I resolve this issue?

i checked my status and my card is already i went to INEc office in the Lga and dey refuse to give me telling me that dey are not with the cards that i should come back i have gone there times without number and same story i guess they have sold the PVC
