Every graduate knows that in your penultimate the university authority are charged with the responsibility of requesting for your original certificates which they believe u must have received by then. And until you present it you are not cleared and no degree is awarded.

Now if the university overlooks this and goes ahead to award you the degree will you blame the degree holder or the school authority.

When you leave the university is it not a statement of result stating that you have been awarded the degree that is granted to you. And when you apply for jobs is it not the statement you tender for qualification. Is it not your employer's responsibility to very by referring back to ur school and if they decide not to should you the employee be blamed for forged qualification?
