In fact, the present constitution is a fraud, as it says to become president of Nigeria, your academic qualification is to have passed through secondary school. This provision was tailor-made by Abacha and Abubakar who supervised the constitution to suit people who pay little or no heed to education.

But how can the constitution be amended, now that the political structure of 36 states has made the National Assembly be overpopulated with people from a group that pays little attention to higher education?
