the APC presidential candidate in the forthcoming general elections general Muhammed Buhari promised to curb and completely wipe out boko haram if he was elected president,but from his past stance/utterance on the same sect,is he sincere with his promises?has he changed his stance on boko haram overnight?or is it mere politicking just to return power to north?
