Seems like the navy is the most generous with ranks and ranking.

That's the norm in both the Army and Airforce, those consultants are usually older in age most times up to 35yrs and based on the current HTACOS they have to given that rank because of age on rank issue.

Yes there are consideration... U can get welfare appointment too.. U can marry any time u want codely but u can only make it official after 2-3years in service.
Maternity leave is now 4months..

Wow, boss you nailed it oo, thought I was the only one that knew about his eviction which was purely on the weight issue.
But honestly speaking the guy is quite nice in the real world don't know why he chose to put on another coat online.
Morals:

The problem with Nigeria in one succinct paragraph. It's no longer about qualification but "face". You people would have kicked out Model or Patton too, no doubt.

Politeness should have nothing to do with the military, only effectiveness!
