Not in all situations. Some people just resemble their roles,look at Jai,Vikram,Suraj- Rich Strong men.
Akash,Karan,Bavishya- Cray Cray weird.
Yash,Ranveer of Sahiba,Karan - Play boys.
So basically,it's the role of the casting director to fish out these qualities.

A great actor should be able to do justice to any role,their stature may not fit but their acting should fit

It doesn't work like that most of the time. These people audition for roles and there are people that discover roles sutable for them. Being versatile doesn't mean you are better than others. I will take Rita Dominic anyday instead of Mercy Johnson that is everywhere. Remember,we haven't seen Vikram and Bha in other soaps.

Una no dey consider conditions before sticking to an opinion. Take a good look at Vikram and tell me how he can fit into a silly willy shekar's role. People are cut out for certain role. To me,both Vikram and Bha were convincing in their roles. You can't just pick up a man give him clothes and makeup to act without accessing their abilities. There is a lot of work behind the screen than onscreen.
