FOI is the process but APC states have refused to adhere, its essence is to let all govt body expose its budget, revenue and expenditure. Why haven't we seen this in front page despite the traffic it has generated? The intresting thing about this is that the story came out in the twilight of Fashola's administration. Nobody will come out to say it's because of ministerial appointment.
