Like I said, specs alone does not determine the worth of a car. Some cars are just rare collectibles and are more expensive than some more powerful cars. An example is maybach exelero at 700HP. It is a lot less powerful than the Bugatti veyron supersport, Bugatti handles better but the maybach still costs 4 times the price of the Bugatti.

A 2015 Dodge challenger SRT hellcat packs 707 HP and handles really good, but it costs almost half the price of a range rover autobiography with just 510 HP.
