The problem is the loan from banks..

Banks prefer to give loan to other investment than to give loan to farmers cos bank generates their profit from short term loans but when investing on Agric,money will be stuck cos its a long term investment and besides,the lending rate is btw 25%-35% on paper work interest rate on loan granted by banks...Whereas the real interest rate is almost 50%..

So,how do you intend the Agric sector to prosper when funds are not releases for farming...

I tot GEJ regime did alot of Empowering as regards farming + I learnt nysc will be giving loans to CM who have intentions of being self employed
