@ corall..I love your spirit but you got to take it easy, one @ a time. Most biz are very attractive and profitable but venturing into it to take part in the glory requires keenly learning.

Thats the reason you see an igbo boy doing boy boy for his master before he is freed and takes up from there. He learns all it takes to succeed under his master.

There are several secrets in most biz,I would not say I know all but I have seen some. A pharmacist knows the drugs that pays out well and in great demand.

So my dear what we are looking at is turn over .
I saw your pm

Forget about doing used auto part from American especially since your capital is still small (#2M). That amount is not enough for the logistics alone. Please do not send your money to anybody to help buy as dismantling is very regulated. If you are interested, there are other sources of importing used parts that are highly in demand.

Thanks for your responses, can you please tell me the other sources.

I can help with Canadian and USA Ford dealership. What states are you looking at? I have Adesa and Manheim auction access. Ford cars goes for good prices at the auctions. I drive a Ford Edge grin also importing a 2012 Ford Explorer XLT for a client this month....
Japan is great to export parts for all Japanese brands- Toyota, Honda, Nissan etc...it's cheaper there. I also read a while back that it's illegal to repair cars over there and cars are put off the road once it's 10 yr old or so.....so abundance of parts there.

Hello, happy new yr dear Nl, hope bizz is fine, its been quit a while here, pls i might need to mail you if you dont mind, just need some basic info about auto parts importaion. Thnks bro.

Its being a wonderful day....

The nigerian auto parts are mostly flooded with japanese parts due to their product(cars) being patronize by nigerians.

I will be using ford as example ,cos I love american cars.

You can actually make a direct contact with someone you trust that base abroad,go online get the dealers price for such part.make the person your middle man in every transaction.when u don't have enough dollars to embark on the travel yourself.

With this you are sure of genuine part and good profit margin.

Lastly create your market here by doing an attractive publicility.

More info coming up soon
No one gets tired of making money

I'm in the US and am looking for a partner in Nigeria to deal in auto parts.

Good afternoon. I would like to share with you my impressions of the AutoZone store. I went to AutoZon yesterday. I was buying car wax. Prices were much better than other nationwide stores I visited prior to AutoZone. So, I chose a wax that I felt suited my needs. There was a one dollar discount tag in front of the eligible item. I get Social Security disability benefits, so every dollar counts. After checking out, before leaving the store, I noticed that I had not received a discount. I go to the autozone customer service and tell me that the tag is out of date. Nevertheless, the AutoZon manager pulled out a tag and cheerfully gave me a dollar plus tax; no hassle. This is how a retail business should work!
