First of all, applications are closed
Secondly, MPH is mostly for medical doctors while Msc PH is for other science grads.
Sch fees are from 100-200k (sorry I can't be more specific)

MPH is open to anybody who qualifies,it's not restricted to medical doctors, even in UI. Apart from doctors, the faculty is filled with graduates of various fields of basic medical sciences and many other courses.
