Jaiyekay is it just subject test they told you. Are there any other details? If there are you might just be able to deduce what form exam will.
Checked Google, it seems subject test are usually an hour long with both object and theory. Prepare for both and like I said if there are more details we just might..

Secondly, MPH is mostly for medical doctors while Msc PH is for other science grads.
Sch fees are from 100-200k (sorry I can't be more specific)

Glory to God for everything, geology was multiple choice questions i.e obj. 50 questions in one hour
The info of mcq covering all sectors of geology in a duration of one hour was sent to me in my mail by the department.
