As a little child, her dream was to grow up. through her rose coloured glasses, only seeing the advantages of doing what she pleased l, eating what she wanted, sleeping when she felt like, wearing what she desired and generally living her life as she pleased, to reach an age where you make your own decisions and play as you like. A dream of a little child having her way in a perfect world.
Then as the days turned to months, and months to years, her views began to change, gradually, imperceptibly really, for even she didn't notice until she stopped to ponder in her early teen years. The advantages were still there of course, all she craved growing up and more, but they began to loose their taste, as they came with responsibility she didn't foresee. Growing up began to feel like a chore, especially when she learnt you couldn't live life as you c fit, because unforseen circumstances, day by day relations, and the maturation of your mind shapes you into who you are to be in future.
Now she wishes to be back in her safe bubble, with dotting parents taking care of all troubles, and her mind filled with childhood fantasies. The reality she faced, she realised was very anti-climatic...
