If you're rooted and you try to upgrade through ota, you'll be bricked.
So before doing ota, make sure u unroot and then you're good to go

So before doing ota, make sure u unroot and then you're good to go. IF YOURE MAKING USE OF KINGROOT, LAINCH THE APP---TAP ON SETTINGS---ROOT AUTORIZATION SETTINGS---REMOVE ROOT PERMISSON then click on continue....

after many trials, i finally upgraded but it happened when i unrooted the phone.
now, how will i root it back cos my glo bis have stopped working....being offline irritates me.

you don't necessarily have to root your phone before using the GLO subscription.
