In trying to catch fun online in addition to Nairaland after a day's job, I recently signed up on a popular social media chatting platform (name withheld). I made random chats with both male and female folks and got a big surprise. Most of the girls I chatted with either claimed their BIS is almost expiring or their birthday was that day. They all demanded for airtime (credit) and I was like WTF! Ain't maga mehn. Pack well, wrong number. Is it now a crime to politely chat with ladies online? Have u ever been scammed this way? what about guys who decieved ladies believing into what they are not. this is especially those catfishing...whenever i sense a guy is impersonating, i simply ask him y dont we skype. you wil d see d guy wil be giving different excuses  |

Maybe you filled her head with lies, ie, you are very pretty, I'd do anything for you, etc. You were giving her empty promises and she wanted to 'test' you. Mind you I was only joking on the 'test'. |
