If you have kids for him and lives with him for years yet he hasn't proposed, then know that you are just in is consideration or a mere sexual partner but not that special to him so you should better count your loses and decide what's next and best for you.

A man would propose if you have kids for him if he actually intends to marry you no matter his situation.
