Please i applied for Treasury Analyst position, and i have done the cultural assessment and the cognitive test, but i did not receive any mail after the second cognitive test, and also since the past two weeks the position was closed, my status reads "Initial assessment" Please house can you tell me what this means?

since 30th of July 2016 I have through with my online assessment and bat gave me a congratulation message that they can now start reviewing my application.so, since 2nd of august 2016 my application has been open and my HR is initial review. is anyone in the house that we be on the shoe.the position i applied for is Engineering Technician

Please guys I wrote the verbal test 5 days ago and was waiting for the numerical aspect or a phone call for BAT engineering service support manager but to no avail, my job status has been like this as displayed on the pic, kindly advice me on what to do.
