it is called oil sector reforms and it is different from chasing the goose.
my problem is how will only one man with declared asset of $1 million fight a cabal (with legal controlling interest in any court of jurispudence) worth over $500 billion combined.
this is excluding the highly skewed distribution and the foreign partners involved.
