The rebel, I'm not sure about that one,guess it might be Micah as you stated but since he has not been shown this season 3 it might be someone else.You know the writers have a way of introducing new and unnecessary characters sometimes like the boy that emits heat waves.

Is it not better to watch it online for free the following day i.e Tuesday morning than wait for itunes to upload and then you still pay,there are a lot of sites where u can watch series immediately they've been aired. I could post a link if you like.
