Tell her to try hypnotherapy. I know someone who was bedwetting at an even later age who used some YouTube videos and they really worked for her.

I understand what she must be passing through. I stopped bed wetting at age of 20 in the university and I am a guy. Now 31 years. Trust me, it can be very embarrassing for a guy not to talk of a lady. Well, I had to caution myself and reduce my intake of water plus I dont take water after 5pm no matter what. I also made sure I pee twice or three times before I go to bed not matter what. it worked for me and somehow I started getting more conscious at night. I wake up when I feel my bladder is heavy in the middle of my sleep and I go take a pee.

Just a little discipline and u will overcome it.

Very true but this kinda test is hard to pass

it's more of a psychological problem that it is of medical. She just have to train herself. She should ensure that she:
1)eat's early enogh before going to bed.
2) Drinks very little or no water during the night. 3) uses the toilet at least 3 times before the day brakes even when she doesn't feel like.
4) pray incesantly to God for the power beyound normal to stop this habit. The importance of the 'G' factor cannot be overemphasized. You never can tell, the problem might be spiritual.
