Braids (especially the Ghana weavings) can be so painful.. Sometimes, I cry unknowingly.. For 2-3 days, you'll be carrying a shiny forehead .

As in eh, I was just carrying my head as if it was hanging on a tiny thread about to break.

Can't remember the last time I had Ghana braids made, that one pains me specially and then having to give the 'braider' attachment like every 2 seconds is too much work for me jare.

Cut my hair July last year and went back to growing it December, I come dey wonder wetin make me cut am before.

Women sha, I won't trade being one for anything, we rock.

So true @ op, i just made a new hair and anytime i sleep, i make sure i am careful so my hair doesn't get rough, to be a girl no b shere shere

No tiny braids, abeg. I no wan sleep for your shop . If I try carry am, under 2 weeks, I am so taking it off..

Ghana wetin? For which hair . I never ready to carry neck like person wey go fight..

I fix more often. It's less painful and consumes lesser time.. Lerra in future, maybe, after my 1st kid, I'll go on Chidinma's kinda low cut . It's cute, and sits properly on her. Make I go check our face type, if e match .

LOL! Yea, Straw curls sweet BUT.....the pains come after re touching the hair, they finish rolling it, then they pour the *what is it called again*? The Spray Gel, and you go under the dryer for 1-2 hours ?

Retouched rolled hair + spray gel + under dryer = FIRE ..

The 1st and last time I did it, I took Panadol immediately I got home, and SLEPT off..

My partner .. Back then, when I had a room mate, she normally do it 4 me. She is so good with the brows.

Now, I'm alone. I just draw one line there, and do what I like .. Sometimes, I look funny with it, start cleaning with a wipe, and just go out bare.

Yea, fixing is the easy way out but I have a skull that itches like mad, you might not believe me when I say, I start scratching right from the saloon, then you need to see me slap my head as a scratching technique, this one scares my dad and he keeps saying "This girl you'll injure yourself o, this thing will hurt your brain o, remove this thing na" seems there's no solution for the itch as I have tried somethings, only to be told some scalps are naturally that way, funny thing is, it only happens when I have a weave on.

I definitely know i'll cut my hair again.
