My point is the rule that states that any account created before 6th April 2015 with less than a 100 votes will be nullified should have a very few exceptional cases.

The exceptions could be applied for account that aren't completely dormant. One may not meet the 100 post benchmark but their total time spent online and their general activities online like thread created should be considered. I think my point is clear enough.

Do you know how many alternate accounts fall into this category?

If you aren't active enough on nairaland, stay away from voting. It's that simple. Alternate accts always come out from the shadows in times like this. I know someone on this thread with 15 alternate accts dating back to 2011, so, calm down and vote. Everything was considered before the rules were made.
