Goodmorning to everyone
I have an eating disorder.. It started last week. I get really hungry and I prepare food to eat..the strange thing is that,no matter how hungry I am,i won't be able to eat up to a quarter of the food..
Just last week my mum went out,i called her that I'm hungry, so she got me food on her way back..This was my favourite food.. I couldn't even take a spoon from the food.. I wonder if its just me or if anyone else has this problem..I sight food and i get no urge to dig in yet I'm terribly hungry inside.

You need to boost your metabolism.
Be on fruits daily.

It does happen sometimes, whereby one is hungry but you don't have the urge to eat
