Hey there nairaland pple, sort of new to this site (been a sideline visitor since '06) and have read so many crazy n interesting stuff, so i have decided to add my own 2 cents.

Recently, two things made me start wondering about the things we go through in a r/ship all in the name of luv. Last week i went to spend the weekend at a friend's place (as per recession and nothing to do). Now the incident that occured that got me wondering is my friend's farting (breaking wind, messing) habit. I have nothing against farting (abi messing) except if the person discharging it, is aware that the gaseous content is extremely harmful and harzadous to everyone around him and i believe it is appropriate for that person to excuses himself from the area, ah ah, not my friend. The guy's ass leaks at will with no prior announcement, and [my goodness] he's mess can kill. If he was to mess in a sea, believe me aquatic life would cease to exist. To compound the matter he stays in a self contain flat and the windows could not be open thanks to the cold (UK). I had to bear this for the wkend, i almost finished his deodorant.

The second incident involves another friend, well i wont blame him cause he isnt aware of what he does cause when he is doing it, he is oblivious to it. He's issue is snoring,and i dont mean that soft snoring that sounds like the engine of a brand new car, but that of a grinding machine, u know that type that's used for grinding corn and beans for mass food production. Damn if anyone has ever experienced these rhythm of the night u will all agree with me that it is not the pleasant especially if u are the light sleeping type who has to get up early and go to work.

Now these two incidents got me wondering how couples (not married oh!) who spends days and nights with each other put up. Just sharing my experiences, hate it or love it, we just have to go through some shit in the name of luv, so nairaland peeps feel free to share yours
