No need to reduce it especially if you plan to use it to power higher loads like refrigerators or freezers.

Honda oil is 10W30,...it's available at Honda service outlets.
Other products are mostly 20W50.

What other items are loaded with the fan or TV? Press the little button close to the VFT metre and check the frequency, it should not be less than 50Hz. If it is more than 50HZ, you'll need to increase the firing speed.

I got the yellow one... I have turned that screw that increasea the firing speed but it doesn't work.... It still makes a scratching sound when I add load

That's weird, if it's still under warranty you should return it.

I too align with GpTech's advice to return the genset if under warranty. However you can also take time to inspect the rubber dampers for failure or loose coupling. Its possible that increased vibration exposes it's deformity.

You will see the water clearly at the tank base. Combustion will not also be smooth and could stop suddenly. It's advisable to drain off the water via the tank tap. Do also remember to cover up genset from the rains subsequently.
