Recreate the scenario of your addiction, like it symptoms, your desire towards it, mentally then see yourself existing outside those situation, not giving to it, like you exist outside those effects or needs, soon enough you would out grow it, that need or addiction.

Personally i prefer you understand your addiction, the base of it, then try to eliminate it.

I have followed this thread from the beginning and decided to keep mute. My coming out now is due to the fact that i can not understand why people cant just read and see from the writer's (owner of this thread) perspective.
